TKA organizes multiple community events for children and families in the community. We will have many volunteering opportunities for children (5+ years old) and adults. 

 

The goal for providing volunteering opportunities for children as young as 5 years old is to develop children's compassion and characters etc., and enable them to make contributions to the civic society. 

 

We welcome more volunteers to help!

We will track the hours each volunteer contributes at each event/activity and will support their applications for volunteer service awards. 

 

All volunteers will be listed on a volunteer board on the wall of the TKA office. We will put your full name, volunteer ID, and a profile photo. 

 

We may be able to pay applicants with at least 1 year experience working with children in school settings (need verified experience from former employers/supervisors). If you get any paid opportunities at TKA, these paid hours will not be counted into your volunteering hrs.
