SUMMER & VACATION PROGRAM

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Thriving Kids Academy (TKA) full-week programs! We will provide full-week programs for Winter vacation (2/16-2/20), Spring Vacation (4/20-4/24), and Summer (7/6-8/21). TKA programs are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).​ All programs and teachers at TKA are selected carefully by the child psychologist to ensure high-quality and age-suitable for children.

Recruiting Students: K-G5

Enrichment Activities: Ping Pong (Table tennis), English Speech and Language Arts, Craft & Arts, LEGO Robotics, Chess etc. (Activities varied weekly)

Other fun activities in and between:

· Reading and Sharing

· Indoor Sports/movements: Ping-pong and interactive games

· Arts: Drawing & painting​

Schedules & Activities:

8:45-9:30am: drop-off & free play

9:30-10:45am: Enrichment Activities & Learning

10:45-11am: Break & Snacks

11-11:45am: Games

11:45-12pm: Clean up

12-1pm: lunch

1-2pm: free play & fun games

2-3:30pm: Enrichment Activities & Learning

3:30-3:45pm: Break & Snacks

Pick up: 3:45-4pm (Regular); 5:15-5:30pm (Extended Care)

Fees:

8:45-4pm: $420/week (2nd week $410, 3rd week $400; 4th week $390; 5th and more weeks $380/week)

Extended care(optional): $15/day; $70/week)

Lunch (optional): $50/week (Monday: Olive Garden Kids Meal; Tuesday: Fried rice + veggies+fruit; Wednesday: Pizza & Chicken wings +juice; Thursday: Fried Noodles+yogurt; Friday: McDonald Happy Meal + chicken nuggets) 

Late pick up: $10/5 mins

Early Bird (3/1/2026): $40 off.

Payment: 

Procare: Pay by invoice in Procare account (registration needed)

Check/Cash: drop off to TKA 7 days before the 1st day of camp. 

Zelle Transfer (will provide in confirmation email)

*Spots will only be guaranteed with full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund is allowed at least 30 days before the 1st day of the camp. Partial refund (50%) at least 2 weeks before the 1st day of the camp. Rescheduling to other available weeks is allowed at least 3 days before the camp. Transferring to other students is allowed but registration info of the new student is needed.
